Dr Abraham was wonderful with my son who was quite anxious during his consultation. He built a good rapport with him and helped him to feel relaxed and happy. Dr Abraham seems very knowledgable and was very clear with the plan moving forwards. He gave the opportunity for me or my little boy to ask questions which I thought was really nice as my son is only 6.

I came away a bit happier knowing that the milk allergy was confirmed and when to reintroduce milk again. I did have a Health visitor appointment straight after and both views were very conflicting. I wasn’t really happy that Olivia was weighed with clothes on because the health visitor weighed her a couple of hours later and there was quite a difference. To this Doctor, it looked like she had gained a few ounces so was feeding ‘ok’ but because she was weighed properly without clothes with the HV, it turns out she hasn’t put any weight on at all since she was last weighed which is a concern. The doctor said it should take 6 weeks for Olivia’s diarrhoea to clear up on the new milk. The HV was concerned as this should’ve cleared up straight away if the allergy has been properly treated. The doctor said she hadn’t got tongue tie. The HV said she did. I now feel confused on what information to believe and not sure that paying for this treatment was at all helpful. I now have another appointment for a third opinion next week which for a tired and stressed out mum, I shouldn’t need to be doing. I just want my daughter to be happy and content, which she hasn’t been for the 8 weeks she has been born.

He was very good with my baby. He went through his history very thoroughly and was very good when carrying out the checks on him. After the Dr explained about early weaning and even gave me some leaflets to help inCase I forgot. He helped to put my mind at rest.

I just wanted to thank Dr Abraham for looking after my son. We met him at spire hospital in Nottingham. My son was suffering from Eczema since baby. We were in and out of Gp. We tried different kinds of ointments, steroids, substitute wash but nothing was working for my son. This has affected my son very much as he could not sleep because of itching and soreness. He was crying every night. We had so many sleepless night. As a family we decided to get 2nd opinion as nothing worked so far for my son. On the first visit Dr Abraham has listened to our concerns, taken full history followed by detail examination. He was very polite, explaining everything to our understanding. He is very caring Doctor. He has given us all his time. Never rushed us. He is very good with kids. My little boy was comfortable. The cream he has prescribed for my son was very good and works immediately after using a day. Its the first time I can say my son started sleeping throughout the night also his Eczema was controlled. It has been now 3 weeks. I am so grateful for that.
